Maria Di Poce has been in the real estate industry for the past 17 years. She started as an investor completing 100's of fix/flips and building ancillary businesses. While the real estate market crashed in 2008 she decided to start working with a network marketing company and learned how to recruit by getting to know what motivates people in life. In 2015 she became licensed realtor in Texas.She joined Keller Williams and became a Team Leader right away. She helped her first market center grow from 150 to 250 in 2 years by implementing systems and models. She then moved on to be an Assistant Team Leader with a very successful KW office to learn from the best Team Leader in the region. She was there for a little over a year and truly came to understand what KW Culture is and how to grow an organization from the inside out. She is now a Team Leader in Richmond VA and is building an office in culture. She is passionate about helping people follow their dreams and achieve their goals.
